How to find the ip address of a website?

Find ip address of a website using cmd in Windows
Start->Run->Type cmd -> Type “ping google.com” in the cmd window and enter

Find ip address of a website using Terminal in Mac
Application->Utilities->Terminal->Type “ping google.com” in the terminal and enter
OR Type “nslookup google.com” in the terminal and enter.

nslookup gives more info.
